how do i get the rune out of a salvagble item - Guild Wars Forums

i identified it and i see a screen appear saying Minor Beast Mastery Rune unlocked

that means if you create a PVP character you can put that in your gear when creating... now as far as getting the rune out get an expert salvage kit and try to salvage it. Just know that there is a chance you will fail and not get the rune which i think is less then the chance of getting it is.
